The quality of this hoodie is disappointing compared to before. The fabric feels much thinner, and the lining around the neck is scratchy and uncomfortable, making my neck itch whenever I move.

The quality of this is so disappointing for the price. Ive emailed for a return 2 weeks ago and i still havent got a reply. And when i tried to return through the online portal i only recieve $110 store credit back instead of $140 which is what i paid even though i paid the exta $5 on my order for free returns. This is so disappointing.

this hoodie is meant to be “heavy weight” but i have noticed a big difference comapred to my previous ‘heavy weight zip up hoodie’ the material is noticeably thinner. still cute though
