Still awaiting a response regarding an exchange

The item is great however the fitting wouldn't be the same as a medium with other retailers. Submitted a return request 8 days ago and have had no response. Followed it up with a further 2 emails and still nothing. My son is disappointed that I haven't been able to exchange the size.
