Ordo Sonic+ Charging Travel Case - Arctic Blue

I ordered a charging case for my toothbrush in error, not realising that Ordo has two different types of toothbrushes: the Sonic and Sonic+. I got a reply from their customer services team, and they said it was clear in the order that charging cases are only for Sonic +. Not knowing the product well, a little + sign wasn't obvious to me, even if it might be to Ordo themselves. They need to improve how this is communicated to customers. Maybe a pop-up that alerts you that they have different types of toothbrushes before you buy. I am now left with a useless charging case and no refund. I intended to buy additional brushes for the rest of the family, but I will not do this due to poor customer service. I think the minimum Ordo could have done was issue a credit note for future purchases and, therefore, secure my custom. I think you have a lot to learn Ordo.
