This item arrived damaged and when open it exhibited permanent crease marks to the product. Why i should i be charged for returning a damaged product.

New navy Chatelet bag

I like the color, the bag is lightweight, Also, what I really like is the height of it, fits all of my travel bags neatly inside…have not traveled anywhere yet with it, but looking forward to it.
