Great shoe!
As described, great quality and just as pictured. Only issue is sizing was not quite right, 1/2 size too big. But REEF customer service & exchange process is a breeze. UPS Happy Return, and I’m waiting on my new pair! 😎

I’ve been on hold for 18 min and counting trying to get a hold of someone through their customer service line to help with my return request.
I’m very unhappy with my size 9 shoe on my order. I did wear them as they were comfortable when I initially put them on however after walking around in them they are very tight and narrow.
I’m extremely disappointed as they are cute and I’ve heard great things about how comfortable they are. Unfortunately, they are not a good fit for me.
I would like to return them for a refund please
