Reflections on the single origin coffee

I’ve really been appreciating it. There’s a quiet strength to it, clean, grounded and steady rather than loud or overwhelming. It has that kind of clarity that makes you sit still for a moment, like a reminder that even small, simple things can be done with attention and reverence. No harshness, no distraction..just a balanced, thoughtful cup that holds up well both in silence and in work. That said, I have to confess my supply chain has already been tested. My partner made a few cups and then somehow proceeded to stay up all night “organizing” our library which I can only describe as part scholarly research, part archaeological dig, and part monastic chaos. I’m not sure if she was reading the books or summoning them. No seriously. At this point I may need to ration the remaining beans like a monk guarding incense in a desert cell. All in all, genuinely great coffee. Thank you again for sending it.
