Sonic Boom arrive defective-twice!

Sonic Book arrived defective, would not charge, loud bass rumble if operated plugged in .I ordered one from Amazon and it arrived in the same defective state. I then ordered one directly from Altec Lansing, believing they would have a good product, but it too was defective. I had a Sonic Boom for several years and loved it, but would not order it again.

Defective

It wouldn't charge and I sent it back. I requested a replacement because I know this is a good product. I'm waiting for a replacement and a tracking number for the new shipment.
