I was so excited to finally get my copy of the Boundaries workbook. I'd been thinking about it for a while but just decided to go for it. It's been so nice to have a structured place to work through some of these things and really reflect and work on implementing these lessons. I got the eBook version and it looks beautiful on my Kindle. Will come back to it time and time again.
