No Customer Service

I wrote an email explaining my issues with the mount and got zero response. I would not tell anyone to buy this product. The mouth is loose on the dash. It stuck to the dash perfectly, but after tightening the lock collar the whole stem is loose and shakes. No response from company on solving the issue.
