Product did not look as nice as website. Requested refund and got no response

I had high hopes for this product and it arrived in much different quality and care than the photo on the product page. I wanted to refund and I’ve been emailing for a refund every couple days for a week and a half and have not received a response. I can only speak for this product but I would be very wary of purchasing from Canggu again.
