Had a ring custom made and was originally told 6-8 weeks then when I followed up at the 8 week mark was told 8-12 weeks which would have been fine except was not sent the ring I ordered. Emailed the business the day I received the ring and followed up again with photos of what I ordered vs what I received and have not heard back that was over a week ago. I understand things happen but after anticipating for 3 months and not get the ring I ordered as well as not being acknowledged is concerning.
