Ribelle® Run XT Men's

Really love these so far!

I have scarpa approach shoes but wanted something lighter and more breathable. I chose these cause the majority of my trail running and hiking is in the mountains, with lots of scrambling and scree skiing. And I couldnt be more impressed! I was worried of getting scree in them with the low top but surprisingly they seal very well. I did some class 4 scrambling in the pouring rain and snow and they had amazing grip. Theybfit perfect and are very comfortable so im extremely happy with them. Ive never had true "trail runners" so I cant say from experience, but I imagine your feet won't breath as well due to the full rand, but thats always my favorite feature with scarpa so no worries there.

To early to say

I've only just got these shoes. They seem sturdy and still need to get broken in. For a trail runner they are more stiff then you would think. I've only got one outing with them, walking and running on the CDT. The shoes seem to be a bit larger than I would like. But perhaps after breaking them in they will be more comfortable.

Great shoes, wrong season for me

I loved these shoes, but they were beefier and more waterproof than I anticipated so I sent them back. I ended up going with another pair of Scarpa's for my "summer weight" shoe.
