Strong competition shoe for forefoot strikers with slender feet and lighter builds. I found the lightstrike pro cushioning to be extremely soft, and the added carbon fiber plate to give a responsive and forgiving feel if you are a consistent forefoot striker. For anyone else, this shoe can be a bit too narrow and "precise." I have wider feet, a heavier build (5'8" x 205 lbs), and run about 20+ miles per week. I found this shoe fun for the first 5K-10K, but prefer the SL Pro or even the Brooks Ghost 16 for longer runs.
