PuurSmile™ Water Flosser

Stop sending the automatic shipments that I have been trying to cancel for months and that I didn't want in the first place. Can't wait to see your response to this. Haven't heard anything from you when I sent this same complaint previously. You talk about customer service but yours is terrible

I never ordered this plus i canceled everything on my subscription twice now and you will not listen.. So i will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my American Express card

I tried for months to cancel my subscription and was ignored and continued to be billed. I had to contact my bank institution to get them to stop the automated deductions.
