Love the shoes but not the exchange service

Shoes are beautiful but run very small. Trying to exchange (for a larger size) is a pain. First you have to go on their website to submit for a return approval. Wait 2 days to get approval. Now on day 4 of waiting for USPS return label to be sent to my email. I love the shoes but buying/returning/exchanging may not be worth the head ache.
