Looser than should be

The grills are beautiful and the design is exactly as described. Communication for how to I wanted to have them look was smooth and easy. Similar to another review these grills came loose. My bottoms were easy to improve by squeezing with my hands. Since the tops are bigger it has been harder to tighten them up in the same way but the fit has improved. Other grills I have purchased at local shops have not had this issue so I am not sure what the problem is as they were tight on the impression. Communication was fast and helpful and delivery was fast once they were ready. There was a slight delay in the delivery due to a holiday but they contacted me beforehand to let me know which was nice.

They didn’t fit

Giving 3 stars because my grills did not fit after all the anticipation to get them and the only solution offered to me was a short video explaining how to use pliers to fix the fit myself….. …..An offer from the IGT team to refit would’ve been nice, especially on such an investment. Probably will buy my next pair of grills locally/in-person to avoid this issue in the future—but overall it is a nice quality product.
