It was okay. The flavour is in the pieces of salt and pepper tofu which were really good. The accompaniments didn't seem to have any additional flavouring so i did add a little sriracha mayo for taste. I would recommend they go a little easy on the oil with this dish. I dont know if I just got a bad batch, but the noodles and veggies were too oily for me.

Great textures
This is one of my weekly repeat meals. I love the different textures with the firm tofu, crunchy veges and soft noodles. Delicious meal and I love the salt and pepper buzz

Not for me
I'm not a Korean cuisine connoisseur...but I don't think Szechaun pepper is a traditional spice...unless you're after "fusion". Not for me.
