This is my second Nightcore, flashlight, phenomenal, technical, flashlight very happy with my purchase

I was very disappointed in the performance of this flashlight. My daughter has a much older light, I 4000 R that decidedly out performs this EX 7 I have a feeling that there may be a defect with the light and have reached out to the company for refund or replacement.
