Good wrist support and nice leather.

Very good mma glove. It fits all that you need for sparring and basic training. I have sparred many people with these on and they have felt amazing while it also feels nice to hit bags with. A lot of gloves you get one or the other. The only complaint about it is that the Velcro scratches when not put on tight tight but that is only for grappling. I would highly recommend these for any type of newer mma fighter.
