New to Boxing

Being new to boxing I ordered a heavy bag kit that came with gloves, bag, etc. The gloves felt cheap and thin. After finding RDX products I ordered these 16o.z. gloves and what a difference. I have larger hands and being new gloves it was a challenge to wear hand wraps since they were snug. The padding and Hook & Loop provided a stable feel when working the bag. Concerned with to much punching force, without hand wraps, quickly went away after a few firm strikes on the bag. The gloves felt comfortable with great wrist support. I have them almost broke in to start hand wrapping but for general bag workouts they feel great without them. I feel like a pro.

Bought these 10 oz boxing gloves for my 14 year old who trains 4-6 x a week at a provincial level for amateurs. These are his training gloves replace a pair of 8oz green hill gloves and so far he loves them for the much improved wrist support and the gel padding which allows him to strike harder confidently. He told me yesterday that his trainer is interested in getting a pair of these now. I would definitely recommend for the younger boxers and I`m sure for anyone else looking for a good training glove.
