This is really fantastic pasta. The taste, the texture, the chew. Delicious. And, Chris (sales manager) was a wonderful host when we visited their factory in Carp. He thoughtfully & enthusiastically gave us a tour, and explained the pasta making process to me, my kids and my 85-year old mother. What a treat! I always try to support local businesses, but it's really really easy when it tastes this good.
