Hikage Tie Hat (PURPLE)

I was so excited to recieve this hat, ive been getting ads for weeks. Im not a huge online shopper for accessories like this since id rather try the product on irl, learned my lesson to stick to real world shopping. Disappointed in the color of the brim. Photos make it appear to match closer to the pink/purple in the fabric. Its actually a pastel candy lilac color, does not look cute at all. Loose threads and fraying fabric whete the scarf meet the brim is crazy. Idk Selling this hat for $65 but it feels like it was made fast fashion style on an assembly line, no care for quality. No returns accepted, fine. Now im faced with the challenge of altering this piece to somehow fit my wardrobe or its getting donated. Best of luck to this brand, try to put as much effort into the quality of your product as you do into your marketing.

I was disappointed because I expected a real hat structure underneath the scarf. Instead, it’s mostly just scarf material with a small brim attached. There isn’t enough support to keep it in place, so it flops around and lifts up in the wind. The photos made it seem much more structured than it actually is.
