Love that it finally arrived but disappointed that no hardware was included and a small installation pamphlet on how to install a wall unit.

The unit looks great and works great and the company has been easy to work with and accommodating. There was some confusion around the shipping and they made it right. Very impressed with the level of customer service.

I just used it for the first time this morning! The convenience factor is incomparable. I absolutely adore this unit. I believe my own mother had the same unit in Australia back in the 1980s, and if this is really the case, then it goes to show that some things are already perfect and can't be improved upon. The design is outstanding. I love the light and the power feature, love the swivel, and basically love the convenience. Thank you for continuing to produce this product!
