I really felt like this jump started the hair washing process. I have fine hair and it is very dense so after a few weeks of using new wash, I added the pre-wash so I could really get more out of my washing experience. Without the pre-wash, I sometimes find it hard to feel like (or look like) my hair is really clean more consistently.
