GoDark Faraday MAS Utility Bag - Large

Shocked the heck outta me.

First thing I did was test the bag. I started a video and dropped my phone in the bag. Phone kept playing. I waited a little, video kept playing. I immediately emptied the bag, repacked it, and sent an email requesting a refund. The response to that email was the best, yet simplest customer service I have received in a long time. Derek responded kindly, quickly, and was patient with my lack of basic knowledge. He said I had to wait longer due to buffering. Makes sense. For my second attempt at a test I dopped the phone into the bag with a video playing then waited, and waited a little more. Started to become impressed by how much of the video loaded before the signal was lost then it happened. The sound stopped. I shook the bag, nothing but the sound of my phone hitting the sides. I opened it up and staring back at me is my loading phone. Spinning round and round then soon as I picked it up the video resumed. It works! Its quite spacious too. Sturdy yet lightweight. Thinking about getting the duffle. Fast shipping. Great product. Great service. Thank you.
