Summer is the time for Devon Cream Tea. Devon clotted cream with delicious Golden Raisin Scones topped wiht Strawberry Jam. Ackroyds is the place to get the food. Simple to prepare. Slice the scones in half spread the cream wiht a little dent in the center for a spoonful of strawberry. All 36 halves were gone in minutes. My friends loved them. Scones are wonderful!!!

Have ordered some different flavored scones recently. The raisin, and the cranberry orange are very good. My favorite is the cranberry-orange; haven't tried the others yet. We also love their Irish soda bread!!! I order it around St. Patrick's day each year, but I think it might be available year round. I appreciate the 20%discount they give for local pick-up.
