KAOSS Replay

Exceptional build quality!

Was skeptical about purchasing this, some of the online reviews are less than stellar. Then I turned it on, the screen is amazingly clear and responsive. The stereo sound is incredibly crisp. A few things; wish it was 1/4” jacks instead of RCA, the USB C power port that can only be used with the supplied power cable, the micro USB for data transfer… I feel like a software update could make this thing a monster. As far as everyone’s biggest gripe, the price, I get it. It cost money to make something this high grade. I have an MPC One and a SP404, their quality and feel doesn’t even come close to the Kaoss Replay. So Korg, get me a software update and unlock its full potential! Until then I will enjoy making unique tracks and having fun doing it!

Is it perfect? No, but is it awesome and much better than any review I have seen on YouTube! Heavy and well built, all metal construction. The screen is exceptionally crisp and clear, very responsive to touch. Happy I gave it a chance, despite all the negative reviews!
