Pretty pleased with the purchase. Very well made and definitely comfortable. The size of the shoe fit perfect. The only thing that I would change is the opening to be a little smaller for a more snug fit at the leg/ankle.

Disappointing product and customer service

I purchased the Ultra Mini Uggs from UGG Since 1976, and I’m very disappointed with the product. The boots are extremely unflattering, looking oversized and bulky rather than stylish or sleek. They don’t match the appearance shown in the product images. Unfortunately, I was unlucky as I only received the boots at the end of the cold season last year. I didn’t take them out again until the beginning of this cold season, which meant too much time had passed for customer service to offer any assistance. Despite reaching out, they were unable to provide a solution, leaving me stuck with a product I’m unhappy with. For the price and brand reputation, I expected much better quality and support. If you’re considering UGGs, I’d recommend purchasing from a local store where you can try them on first. I wouldn’t recommend these boots.
