Radio communication ranges too short

I find the radio communication ranges too short : I'm using it with a ZBBridge-U located less than 10 meters away indoors, and it loses the connection with the bridge… Ok, there is a concrete wall separating them, but less than 10 meters !!! I'm therefore a little disappointed; I expected better performance. If I compare it to Philips Hue modules, this one works at a distance of over 50 meters between the inside and outside of the house. Regarding the precision and quality of the valve's mechanics, it seems very good nonetheless. I installed a second one which doesn't have any radio signal problems because it's located much closer to the bridge.
