Worked exactly as desired.

After installation and pairing with a momentary switch, it does exactly what I needed. I brought it up on my HomeAssistant Zigbee hub, added it to the platform, and was able to control my whole house fan remotely. It took longer fitting the whole mess into the box, what with the #12 gauge wire.

Easy option but with limits. Simple to set up especially if you don’t have a neutral wire in the switch back box. Easy to configure using zigbee2mqtt. However the fact that it can’t distinguish between the light being turned on via the switch and via an external trigger I found limiting.

Small, Easy to Install, Works Perfectly

These are very small, simple to install and work perfectly. Allowed me to automate a circuit without a neutral at the switch.
