Wood MagSafe wireless charging stand

Orderd 2 of these and both arrived incredibly damaged and scuffed. Sent two seperate emails to customer service for resolution but no reponse. Poor quality control in the packaging and or delivery provider used. Afraid i wont be doing business ever again with this company. Update review: Company finally reached out and customer service response and solution was superb. Expedited replacements and received with extra packaging care. Walnut mag chargers were top quality and in perfect condition so was a happy customer. Company made things right and hassle free replacements. More than pleased and will plan future purchases.
