Unbelievable service, always prompt, and efficient. Never had a problem...order is aoways complete! Have ordered multiple times, and trued many yarn shops on-line...even one here in laval that takes ++++ tine to ship only streets away ( yes i'm too lazy to pickup myself ! ). Highly recommend either on l8be or in person if you are up North
