This is my first time ordering from TODOKU Japan. I did not know this company and I didn't expect much. It turned out to be a happy experience. People at TODOKU followed up an email telling me the item has been shipped and the estimated delivery time. The shipment by Japan Post arrived a lot quicker than expected. Opening the packaging was a great surprise. The item was carefully and lovingly wrapped. Item is fresh of course. The package even included a delightful gift: some candy and a foil of matcha tea bag. TODOKU put so much effort into a small package to make the customer happy. Well I am very happy. No doubt, I will be a customer for life.
