Horrible customer service

I have ordered many, many pairs of little sleepies. This time around they forgot to package one of the pairs, so one of my three children felt totally left out when we opened it up. No problem, accidents happen, he understood! I reached out and they said they were so sorry, it was an oversight. They ordered the new pajamas with no rush shipping which was irritating, but would be no big deal. However, it is 9 days later and they still haven’t even shipped. I reached out to see if they would honor a discount code on one future order for the inconvenience and at first they said no, once I followed up they offered a one time $10 off that can’t be used on any sort of discounted clothing or with use of a promo code. What a joke! Truly horrible customer service that does not care if you come back or not. Good companies know that small investments can keep people returning again and again, unfortunately they just lost a very loyal customer!
