USB 'off brand cord' i.e "not apple" can be hard to seat. VERY slow charge. If overloaded, all USB ports filled it can appear to have quit, but is actually just very slow, almost dead! Connectors ports are very closely spaced so connector can appear to be seated and not be seated. Plugs can be difficult to push in or pull out and therefore not be seated in order to charge. It is a space saver and can be used but with the above cautions.

Not quite what I hoped

I like the size of the charger and was hoping I could charge all my items at one time. Unfortunately one of the usb-c ports does not work. It’s unfortunate because I was hoping to use it when I travel.
