PRIME RESERVE Retrinity Essence Lotion

This product is confusing. It is called a Lotion but is totally clear and looks and feels like a serum. AP recommends you use it first, but doesn't feel like it should be first. Also makes my skin turn red. Would like return it because it just doesn't work for me. I emailed the company, but no answer. By the way, I love most of these products and have spent quite a bit over the last 8 years. Not sure what to do with this one because I have never been so unsatisfied with an AmorePacific product.
