I have been a regular customer of Aurezzi for some time now and I frequently return to order their products because I truly appreciate the brand’s luxury aesthetic. However, I’ve noticed a few issues with my recent purchases that have slightly dampened my experience. Firstly, I find the bristles a little too firm for my liking. While they provide a thorough clean, they can feel quite harsh on the gums. I would love to see Aurezzi introduce a much softer brush option for those of us who prefer a more gentle, delicate touch during our daily routine. Additionally, I’ve had some trouble with the durability of the finish. On my latest brush, the gold plating began to crack and peel off surprisingly quickly. For such a premium, 24K gold-plated item, I expected the coating to be more resilient, as it’s disappointing to see the flakes coming away after only a few weeks of use. I also find the handle a bit on the heavy side, which makes it less comfortable to hold than I’d hoped. I really do enjoy the brand and will continue to be a customer, but I hope these points are taken as helpful feedback. I’d love to see a lighter, softer, and more durable version of this beautiful brush in the future!

I like the toothbrush rush but that’s about it

⭐☆☆☆☆ They said my breath would taste amazing. What they forgot to mention was that the ‘amazing’ flavor would be unforgettable… just not in a good way. Let’s just say this was not the minty-fresh experience I was hoping for. The saving grace? The toothbrush brush was actually really nice. But the rinse itself? One and done for me.
