Works well but could use some improvements

The infuser works well. It's basically a fancy french press in an insulated metal container. My only complaints are 1) it's hard to press the strainer down, and when you are pressing with hot water, it can burn your fingers. I would recommend a longer stem for pressing down. Then 2) I wish the mug came with a travel sip top, so I can enjoy my tea in the car without fear of spilling uber hot tea all over myself.
