Filter does a good job, definitely a better taste and smell to the water. Ships quickly, good communication, we subscribed for the refills and they've always been on time- no problems. We did have to buy a separate adapter to connect to our tap as the ones sent didn't fit and the multi adapter is very unsightly. This was no problem though, we got one from Amazon for less than a dollar.

Great Aussie company. Lachy cares about his customers. He was happy to help me resolve issues with our dodgy taps to improve how the filter fits. As for the product, having the quality filter on the tap is so much more convenient and more healthy and hygienic than filter jugs. Compared to other filters I have used, which don't do as good a job, the cost is reasonable and even more so on their convenient subscription. You can't put a price on good health. Happy to recommend.
