Wrong stylus sent, but otherwise everything is good.

I ordered the stylus for the X1 Pro, and received one instead for one other the OneNetbook machines. It does work for the most part, however, just not the extra side buttons. Or at least I haven't figured out how to get them working. I emailed OXP about it and the gave me a partial refund to cover the difference. I also ordered some replacement glass bits and a replacement kickstand for the X1 Pro and those came in perfect condition. Which is remarkable, because the box was absolutely crushed during shipping, but everything seems to be in good shape somehow. At least everything was well packed. I had to dock a point for the stylus mix-up, but otherwise it's all good.

Replacement Glass Triangles

I am glad these were available. I've seen others on the Internet accidentally break the glass pieces on the back of the X1 Pro while trying to replace the SSD, so before I did mine, I made sure to get some spare glass pieces. Luckily, with a heat gun, I was able to soften the glue enough to avoid breaking anything. Now I have these as spares in case they break for another reason. Still, it would be nice if the X1 Pro were designed in such a way that the SSD could be replaced without having to heat adhesive and risk breaking glass. I'd suggest any future editions be designed with a screw-only trap door to access the SSD specifically.
