I ordered a box of pearl sand and found out the order was going to be delayed for shipping making me fro come up with other alternative to make my vision come alive. After explaining this to the company, they suggested other options that lead to a dead in as well. But luckily, I brought a back up option which was my last resort. It turned out wonderful. After informing Candles’s pearls, they weren’t please with the situation that I was in and applied a credit to my account for future use. The fact that they showed empathy, made me realize that they’re all about please their clients at all times. I appreciate them for doing this.
