Fire Starter - Jalapeño Tomatillo Verde Sauce (Mild)

Flavor!

A small amount of heat with a really well rounded flavor. I absolutely LOVE it on a breakfast burrito with a small splash of Slow Death if I want a bit more heat (so always) Even with something like chorizo you can still taste the amazing smokiness.

Not my favorite verde. I’m not sure if its the tomatillos or something else, but there is some sort of bitterness in the background. It’s still a good sauce, but perhaps roasting the tomatillos will make the sauce better
