beautiful soft fabric, but very, very restrictive of shoulder movement. The corduroy version and the linen version solve this problem somehow. They should add a bit of elastic to the fabric, even if this reduces the longevity. As it is, I cannot imagine "working" in this jacket, it is just too restrictive, even when I sized up.
