I had high hopes for this but the flavors did not taste at all like what the package said and it had that yucky protein taste to it, it wasn't fruity tasting as advertised. I mixed with just water. I ended up holding my breath while trying to chug it down as i did not want my money going to waste. There are WAY better tasting proteon powders on the market, this one is not one of them.
