What a difference plaining off at a much lower rpm. that was the big right out of the box notice and then the stability in rough water. I am very pleased with it and would recommend it to everyone.

21’ Cobia just what the boat needed

We have a 21’ dual console Cobia and this is just what our boat needed. It has a raked up front end, and was rather bouncy definitely felt like we weren’t getting our full potential. Now with the hydrofoil it’s been night and day difference. And so much easier to install than trim tabs

115 E-tec Evinrude Large Hydro Installed

Retired Canadian Grampa here, 2010 18.2ft Smokercraft fishing boat. Badly porpoising across the lake and no power when trying to get going (cat walking the bow). Hydro-shield has stopped the porpoising and my dentures stay in my mouth now. The boat trims out effortlessly, so it will save me fuel and oil long term (cover the cost of the hydro). Recommend that the instructions should say how far back or forward the hydro should be from the prop for a faster installation. Middle hub to hydro 1.5" (used a level) Prop fin to middle of hydro is 1/2". Great product so far. I would recommend it.
