I typically take probiotic pills, and I'm somewhat wary of using gummies as a supplement form. I got these BUM probiotic fiber gummies as a Gift With Purchase, and wasn't expecting much from them. Let us say that these gummies performed beyond expectations! After taking these fiber gummies for over a week, I could feel the difference. I take these before eating dinner, and when I wake up in the morning I perform my morning rituals. It's a great cleanse that leaves ready and prepped for the day. The quality and performance of these gummies warranted me to restock! My one gripe is that it took a quite some time for my order to get to me on time. I had to do a week or so without my supplements.
