absolutely blown away by how beautifully packaged everything was, with super simple to read care guide instructions! the tail plug itself is super comfortable, and very easy and comfortable to wear both with and without covering bottoms :)) the ears are super cute and very realistic! super posable to make sure i was able to get the exact look i was going for! i will def be getting another tail from TOF to match my fursuit! they have been a fantastic company to work and communicate with, and every time i reached out with questions or concerns, i was ALWAYS met with a response from a real person, which is such a small detail that truly does mean the world to me as a customer.
