The bracelet is absolutely beautiful. We bought this for our daughter's birthday, and initially ordered the wrong size. I returned the original one for a refund and purchased the smaller size, which is perfect. The customer service is fantastic at this company. They actually answer your emails and can't do enough to help you if you have any issues. I'd definitely recommend both the bracelet and the company.

Exactly as described. I find the opening and closing system a bit difficult but nothing that I can't get used to.
