Its SO soft! I love it! As a disney fan who adores Cinderella this is a fun and cute biblical sweater reminding of what LOVE is!

I received an order with four items. All of them had a terrible chemical smell to the point where it encompassed my entire laundry room. I reached out and was told to wash the items. I washed multiple times and then when it would not go away, they told me I could send them back. I finally received a response that they could not smell the chemical smell and I could either pay to have them shipped back to me or receive a 50% refund. I have never experienced such poor customer service from anywhere. I will never order from this company again based on my experience with this order.
