Exactly what they say on the tin. Hook knives produced from the late '90s to mid-2000s. I bought a half dozen for myself and some skydiver friends. Rather large to carry when skydiving. I don't think anyone ended up using them for that purpose.
Would be great if carrying gear as they do in military applications. Great for a specialized knife as others have mentioned.

Amazing for Harvesting Herbaceous Plants and Fungi!
Bought this thinking it would be great for picking wild plants, and I was right! Amazing little knife for any wilderness foragers who want to have a dedicated small knife for harvesting, great for slicing thin stems and mushrooms!
Bought two, both of the knives have plastic flash from the casting/moulding process, but overall does not affect the knife's functions.
Still would highly recommend!
